    I placed my order on August 20, 2026, and it is now September 5th — over two weeks later — and I still have not received my package. The tracking/order status shows "fulfilled," but nothing has actually arrived.

    To make matters worse, I have emailed customer service multiple times and received no response at all. There has been zero communication or effort to resolve this.

    I would strongly caution others against ordering from this seller until they can confirm reliable delivery and actual customer support. Right now, my money is gone and I have nothing to show for it.
