Never received it. Ordered a month ago. Customer service is horrible. Will not respond to emails. Ordered two bags to two different addresses in two different states and never received either of them.
Never received, ordered on August 2nd when the shipping date was 8/7. Itโs now Sept 12, and still donโt have my bag. Dont order this bag! Poor follow up and misleading leadtime
NEVER RECEIVED IT. Terrible customer service. I ordered it as a gift for my niece almost a month ago. I got a notification that it was โon its wayโ almost 3 weeks ago! A label was created but it still hasnโt been sent. Iโve asked for a refund or at least an update on the status and have gotten neither.
My girlfriend loved her birthday gift! She never saw anything like it!
I haven't used it because it's a gift for my daughter's birthday in September. She's the artist, Corvaa (singer, songwriter) and it's the perfect bag for her to carry to performances. I opened the box and it looks great. Can't wait for her to see it!
